SHIPPING & RETURNS  

Delivery

Some of our products are made once they are ordered. This means it can take around 5 working days for clothing and around 5-7 working days for screen covers, before we are ready for the shipping of your items.  During the Christmas period or when we are running a promotion, the high demand in our products will impact on these times  Below is a guide to our delivery services and times. 

Return and exchange policy :

 

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

In the unusual event that your item is faulty in any way (we are only human after all), we'll gladly replace it, as fast as humanly possible.

Please email us at: Ooops@dub-designs.co.uk  (preferably with photos) explaining the defect, within 5 days of receiving any faulty goods, or by sending us a message on our CONTACT US page.

You will need to return your defective merchandise for an exchange within 5 days of receipt. Repack the item(s) in the box or bag your order was shipped in, or something comparable, and return the package to us using the address we send you. Please include a copy of your receipt, or a note including your order number to speed up the exchange process.

 

Return Shipping & Handling:

We recommend you use Royal Mail. 

 

Clothing:

All items must be unused and include the original packaging
Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached - no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke smell
If you plan to return your clothing please keep it clean
Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged
