All items are lovingly produced when they are ordered. This means that in some instances we are able to tweak the design for you, such as the colour of a part of the design or maybe to add a name. This also means we cannot exchange an item due to ordering for the incorrect size. So we urge you to check the size you require very carfefully.
In the unusual event that your item is faulty in any way (we are only human after all), we'll gladly replace it, as fast as humanly possible.
